This brings back memories. Nardeep Pujji has just posted this interesting posting that I am very familiar with as I went Roswell in 2008 and made a video report on this stone. Nardeep's text:

Why is it that a crop circle has been directly linked to Roswell ? The Roswell “Rock Circle” was found by Roswell native, Robert Ridge in September 2004 near the El Capitan Mountains outside the city of Roswell, New Mexico. Robert was bow-hunting at the time and came across the slightly sand covered artifact while tracking deer. 11 YEARS AFTER CROP CIRCLE FORMATION ROCK ARTIFACT REVEALED :
When examining this artifact, it was noticed the Crop Circle design actually follows the contour of the rock surface. It was also noticed that the coloration of the petite or surface of the rock was the same in-between the design grooves. This indicated that the design was not very recent. Also one very important note, this design is “similar” to Petroglyphs and Pictographs found in Arizona which is thought to represent a bright Super Nova which exploded on July 5th, 1054 AD.

The rock has magnetic properties which will spin a compass and fluctuate an EMF meter. One side of the Crop Circle design is more positive than the other side of the design. This unique feature of the rock gives it positive and negative polarity.
Also very important, the back side of the artifact does not spin the compass needle. Only the front side does this.'

STEFFY'S SIDE OF THE STORY...
This is how everything started... We met back in August of 2003 at Cy-Creek High School. We became really good friends almost immediately and we started dating (officially) in September 22, 2003. Our relationship lasted 2 years and 7 incredible months but for different reasons and complications we decided to take a "break" which later became a big gap of 4 long years that flew by really fast.
The cool thing about that was that we remained friends and we talked very often. We always knew that we could count on each other no matter what. One random day back in January of 2010 we talked again over the phone for a long time, Sebastian had a dream about us getting married which I thought was not only random but pretty weird... and that was our excuse to continue texting and calling each other...
a few weeks passed by and we finally decided to get back together which was the best decision of our lives. I can honestly say that my life would never be as amazing without him in it. He's the reason I wake up with a smile on my face and I go to bed knowing that I will see him the next day and it just never gets old, I'm always counting the hours until I get to see him.. and I know that a lot of friends ask how we never get tired of each other, it is hard to explain the feeling I get when I see him :))))) He's my best friend and the love of my life. I remember telling him during our "break" that if I wasn't married by the time I was 24 then I would marry him without a doubt.... well I can now say that everything happens for a reason and God put both of us back on the same track because this was meant to be :) I will marry my high school sweetheart at 24 ;) and yes... I AM THE HAPPIEST GIRL ON EARTH !!!

Duramos dos años y siete meses y por razones del destino y otras situaciones… decidimos tomarnos un "break" el cual se convirtió en 4 largos años los cuales pasaron rapidísimo.
Lo bueno de todo esto es que a pesar de todo seguimos siendo muy buenos amigos y hablábamos muy seguido. Siempre supimos que podíamos contar el uno con el otro en cualquier situación. Un día Sebastian me llamó para contarme de un sueño que tuvo en el que nos casábamos… la verdad me pareció un tanto raro y no le puse mucha atención.. pero fue gracias a eso que seguimos hablando y mandandonos mensajes todos los días.
pasaron unas semanas y por fin decidimos regresar y esa fue definitivamente la mejor decisión de nuestras vidas. Puedo decir con toda honestidad que mi vida no seria tan increíble sin el a mi lado, el es la razón por la cual me levanto feliz y me voy a dormir sabiendo que lo veré al día siguiente. El sentimiento no cambia si no que se fortalece cada vez que lo veo, siempre estoy contando las horas para verlo. El es mi mejor amigo, el amor de mi vida. Recuerdo haberle dicho durante nuestro "break" que si no estaba casada cuando cumpliera 24 años… que entonces me casaría con el sin duda alguna… Pues ahora puedo decir que todo pasa por una razón, Dios tiene un plan para todos y nosotros estábamos hechos para estar juntos :) Me voy a casar con el amor de mi vida exactamente a mis 24 años… y siiiii SOY LA MUJER MAS FELIZ DEL MUNDO!!!!!
AHORA ESTE ES MI LADO DE LA HISTORIA:
e ya mucho tiempo en el 2003 conocí a una muchachita hermosa flaquita y súper tímida como que al principio no me dio mucha corte pero con el tiempo nos hicimos amigo no falta decir que desde que la conocí me gusto mucho y ya se me antojaba conocerla mas porque quería pedirle para que sea mi novia, pasaron los meses y de a poco nos fuimos conociendo mas y mas y yo creo que tmb le guste :)) hará que llego el día de su cumpleaños de quince conocí a sus padres abuelos tíos y amigos familiares fui muy bien recibido como siempre por su familia hermosa y tan linda conmigo, esa noche yo creo que mas de uno se la vio venir y creo que se sospechaban mis intenciones la cual estaban muy correctos pasaron 10 días de ese cumpleaños y como tenía que ser nos hicimos novios y desde ese día mi amor solo creció para ella, me enamormese una manera muy especia el cual hasta el día de hoy contando esta historia solo ah aumentado de una manera increíble pasaron muchas cosas hermosas viajes compartir tiempo juntos tiempo en la escuela y una cosa muy importante la cual fue el nacimiento de nuestro primer sobrino Bryan el cual nació justo el día de nuestro primer aniversario, pasaron 2 años y 7 meses hermosos de nuestra relación hasta que un día por diferencias nos dimos cuenta que nos faltaba madurar mucho y que era mejor estar un tiempo separados ese tiempo se nos paso volando aunque fueron varios años, de todas maneras yo jamás me di por vencido a su amor y siempre le pedía que regresara conmigo porque ella era la mujer para mi jamás dejamos de hablar nos ni de expresarnos lo mucho que nos amamos apesar de no estar juntos y eso apesar de estar separados a mi me dejaba una gran esperanza de que nos pudiéramos dar una nueva oportunidad hasta que un día gracias a un sueño mio de que nos casábamos decidí llamarla y contarle que había pasado por mi mente mientras dormía y así de un sueño comenzó mi otro sueño que se va a cumplir el 8 de marzo del 2013 el cual es casarme con la mujer mas increíble hermosa y comprensiva del mundo mi prometida Steffy Ochoa la vrd que este a sido un camino muy largo con altas y bajas pero siempre con un amor inmenso que solo a ido escalando día a día el viernes 8 de marzo del entrante año seremos el Sr. Y la Sra. Goncalves y con salud y gracias al señor podré hacer a la mujer mas importante en mi vida la mas feliz y la que tenga a mi lado hasta mi ultimo respiro princesa te amo sos y serás lo mas importante de mi vida y eso me hace el hombre mas feliz de planeta TE AMO !!!!

Now this is MY SIDE OF THE STORY. A long time ago.. back in 2003 I met this tiny, timid girl that didn't really pay much attention to me at first but we became really good friends, it is needless to say that I liked her since day one but I wanted to get to know her better to later on ask her to be my girlfriend. Three months went by and I noticed that she kind of liked me too :)) I remember going to her 15th birthday party, I met her parents, her grandparents, family and friends.. I was always welcome and they were always really nice to me, I'm sure that more than one person saw it coming, well ten days after her birthday we became boyfriend-girlfriend and ever since that day my love for her has grown and grown. I fell in love in a very special way. A lot of incredible things happened, trips, spending time together at school and another very important experience… the birth of our first nephew, Bryan, right on our first anniversary. 2 years and 7 months went by and one day due to differences and things, we decided that we needed to take a break and "grow-up", become more mature. Those years went by really fast, but I can honestly say that I never gave up on us, I used to always ask her to get back together, that she was the one for me. We never stopped talking even though we were not together, I always had faith and I wished that we could gave our relationship another try until one day thanks to a dream I had of us getting married. I decided to call her and tell her all about it and It went from a dream… to reality! My dream will come true in March 8, 2013. My dream has always been to marry the most incredible woman, the most beautiful and understanding in the whole world My fiancee Steffy Ochoa. It has been a long journey with ups and downs… but love has always been the most important thing.. and it just keeps growing and growing every day. In march 8, 2013 we will become Mr. & Mrs. Goncalves. Thanks to the lord I will be able to make the most important woman of my life, the happiest girl, and she will be the one who is by my side until my last breath. I love you princess, you are and will always be my life and that makes me the happiest man in the planet I LOVE YOU!!!!

Another success!!! I have been approved to make this dish as often as I would like, so I will share the recipe... super yummy and oh so easy!!! Parker even took leftovers for lunch today!! ;)
*Parmesan Chicken* - CrockPot
6 boneless chicken breasts (I used 4 of the huge ones from the big pack at Sam's)
6 tbsp butter
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 cup uncooked white rice (I used minute rice)
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
salt/pepper to taste (those of you who know me know I did not use pepper)
grated parmesan cheese (recipe says use your judgement, I used about 1 cup)
Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Add chicken (mine were frozen) and top with cut up butter. Mix up soup mix, rice, milk and soup. Pour over the top. Add salt/pepper. Cook on low 8-10 hours. (or high 4-6) I cooked mine overnight and we ate it after chuch. The recipe says to add your cheese when you want - at the beginning or at the end. I chose the end. I gave the pot a good stir and added it before we went to church.

So, I started using Yerba Mate a month ago and since then iv been drinking the miraculous tea every day. Mate was to me a huge revelation. I didnt imagine that something so good could be legal - yet it is and is also inexpensive:
To me mate is like a cannabis high - the body high part alone - leaving the mind completely grounded in reality. invented the traffic signals.
4. Furthermore, one could not use the rapid transit system because its procurer was the electric trolley, which was invented by another black man, Albert R. Robinson.
5. Even if there were streets on which cars and a rapid transit system could operate, they were cluttered with paper because an African American, Charles Brooks, invented the street sweeper..
6. There were few if any newspapers, magazines and books because John Love invented the pencil sharpener, William Purveys invented the fountain pen, and Lee Barrage invented the Type Writing Machine and W. A. Love invented the
Advanced Printing Press. They were all, you guessed it, Black.

Back to Basics: The 15 Most Important Resume Tips for Young Professionals
1. Don’t reinvent the wheel. Particularly at the beginning of your career, it’s really hard to start your resume with a blank sheet of paper. So don’t. Check out examples of strong entry-level resumes online or at your university career center and borrow the best ideas for formatting, headings, wording and more.
2. Include key words. Employers’ eyes are naturally drawn to the words they’re looking for — the brand names, skills, and experience they need — so make sure you include these terms on your resume. And, be as specific as possible. For instance, “Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign through the production of 12 issues of on-campus magazine” is much stronger than “Design Experience.
The best way to find the right words to use is to look at online job listings for the kinds of positions you’re interested in and the LinkedIn profiles of people who have the positions you want. Then use some of the prominent words and phrases in those job listings and profiles throughout your resume.
3. Tailor your resume to each opportunity. Employers can tell when they’re seeing a generic resume that is being blasted out to anyone and everyone. It’s fine to have such a resume as a template, but then you need to customize it with different accomplishments and keywords that fit with the individual companies where you’d like to work. (One warning: if you’re sending your resume to a large corporation or posting on the recruiting website of such an organization, you will have to choose just one version.)
4. Quantify everything that’s quantifiable. “Managed a team of camp counselors” is less impressive than “Managed a staff of 12 camp counselors and 5 counselors-in-training.” Quantifying can also give life to administrative tasks: “Receptionist at a 4-doctor medical practice handling over 100 clients per day.” If your work helped to raise money or profits, then numbers are even more important: “Improved sporting equipment sales in my department by 50% in six months” or “Raised $2,000 through solicitation of alumni donations.” Quantifying shows your unique contribution to an organization and also demonstrates that you’re a person who understands the importance of measuring results.
5. Prioritize. When you list bullet points under each job on your resume (and you should always list bullet points under each job), be sure to list the most important task, accomplishment or responsibility first. It’s highly unlikely that a potential employer is going to read every bullet point under every item on your resume, but most people will read the first or second bullet point on each list. You don’t have to list accomplishments chronologically; list the most impressive first. Also note that more challenging jobs (which ideally should be your more recent jobs) should have more bullet points than less challenging work experiences.
6. Don’t forget to list internships, volunteer work and unpaid summer jobs. Just because you didn’t get paid for something doesn’t mean it doesn’t count as real experience. When including unpaid experience on your resume, emphasize the professional skills you’ve developed. Use terms such as “leadership,” “fundraising,” “public relations,” “people management,” and “budgeting” to describe your activities.
7. Note any notables. Be sure to mention anything about you that is unique and uncommon. Some examples include, “Founding president of first-ever entrepreneurial club at XYZ University,” “Winner of the Anita Lawrence Scholarship for Excellence in Social Studies, awarded to the top junior history student” (remember to explain an award if it’s not nationally known) or “Youngest person ever promoted to assistant manager at local high-end jewelry store.”
8. Don’t highlight something that you despised doing. As you can see, there are many ways to draw a reader’s eye to what you want that person to see on your resume, so avoid these strategies when you don’t want to promote something. In fact, if you’ve had a task or responsibility that you hated and never want to do again (like selling vacuums door-to-door or cleaning animal cages), then don’t include it on your resume. You can even leave off an entire job if it’s not relevant to your current job search.
9. Don’t ever lie or stretch the truth. This happens way too often, and it’s never a good idea. There are so many reasons not to lie on a resume. First of all, if your lie or truth stretching gets discovered, you’ll lose a job opportunity with that company forever. Second, if you exaggerate your skills, such as being fluent in Spanish when you really just studied it in high school, your lie will become extremely obvious the day you start your job and you lack the skills you said you had.
10. Keep it to one page. I’ve seen senior executives with one-page resumes, so I don’t see any reason why a college student or recent grad’s resume needs more than that. Remember that your resume is a marketing tool and not a transcript or a laundry list of everything you’ve ever done. By keeping your resume short and sweet, you’re demonstrating that you can edit yourself and sell yourself clearly and concisely, which are both important skills in the professional world.
11. Curb your creativity. In the vast majority of circumstances, it’s inappropriate to present your resume in any other format than a simple black font (Times New Roman, Arial, etc.) on a white background. On hard copy resumes, it is not okay to use colored paper, scented paper, colorful or creative fonts or any other bells and whistles. Recruiters, especially those in the corporate world, laugh at these attempts to stand out and immediately throw such resumes away. It’s also smart to PDF your resume to make sure your formatting looks the same on all computers (and to ensure you haven’t left any Track Changes markings — seriously, I’ve seen that happen).
12. Don’t title your resume document “resume.” This tip comes from employer Don Fornes writing on the Job Bound blog. “About a third of applicants name their resume document, ‘resume.doc.’” Don writes. “’Resume’ may make sense on your computer, where you know it’s your resume. However, on my computer, it’s one of many, many resumes with the same name…. By using such a generic file name, the applicant misses a great opportunity to brand themselves.”
13. Get professional input. As I recommended in last week’s post on the 7 essentials of a successful job search, if you can afford a professional resume writer, hire one. If you’re still in college, get a free resume critique from your college career center. If you can’t do either of these things, then ask your smartest, most successful friend or family member (ideally someone who works or has worked in your industry) for help.
14. Leave out unnecessary information. Here is what you should not include on your resume: references (an employer will request these if desired), the phrase “References upon request” (they know this), a GPA under 3.0 (click here to read my tips on how to get a job if you have a low GPA) or obvious skills (there is no longer a need to say that you know how to use Microsoft Word or Internet Explorer). You should also remove high school activities once you’re out of college.
15. Quadruple-check for any typos. Typos happen to the best of us, so be meticulous about spelling, grammar, formatting and consistency on your resume. Be especially careful with details like whether or not you end each bullet point with a punctuation mark or whether you’ve capitalized all of your job titles. Even a small typo can blow an opportunity, especially if you’ve included “excellent attention to detail” as one of your skills!
And one more bonus tip…
Make sure your resume gets read. A recruiter once told me he always has two stacks of resumes on his desk: one super tall stack of resumes that are submitted online and one very small stack of resumes sent or handed to him by a trusted friend or colleague. Of course you want to be in that smaller, more elite stack. So, always look for an “in” at a company — a friend-of-a-friend, an alum of your university, a LinkedIn connection — who believes in you and will recommend you to his or her employer. You can have the best resume in the world, but if a recruiter never sees it you’ll never get the job you want.
