American Courts have become places where dishonest and morally bankrupt lawyers become worse Judges who then commit crimes and treason in U.S. courts. Due to immunity to prosecution and hiding behind chamber walls, U.S. judges can manipulate justice for all and use the court system to steal, lie, cheat and even murder for profit. When people who come forward with facts, reports and evidence that the judge is in fact committing criminal acts, and abusing his power, the whistleblowers are then harassed by police, forced from their jobs, and persecuted by other government agencies in an effort to silence and discredit the whistleblower, then cover up the crimes of judicial abuse.
Eric L. Williams, 46 and a former judge in Kaufman County, Texas, is accused of killing three people, including two county prosecutors. Kim Williams drove her husband to and from the daylight shooting of Mark Hasse in front of the county courthouse on Jan. 31, and accompanied Eric when he killed the McLellands inside their suburban home in March.
Pennsylvania Luzerne County President Judge Mark Ciavarella, was found guilty in federal court of racketeering for taking a $1 million kickback from the builder of for-profit prisons. Ciavarella, who presided over juvenile court, and another judge Michael Conahan, then sent children to juvenile detention for crimes such as false possession of drug paraphernalia, stealing a jar of nutmeg and posting web page spoofs about an assistant principal (3 months of hard time). Some of those sentenced were as young as 10 years old. All while Ciavarella and Conahan received bribes, kickbacks, and perks for every child who filled a cell. From 2003 to 2008, the Luzerne County judicial corruption scandal altered the lives of more than 2500 children and involved more than 6000 cases. Over 50 percent of the children who appeared before Ciavarella lacked legal representation; 60 percent of these children were removed from their homes. Now thousands of youth have bad memories of being wrongly punished, and many current youth, that need to be rehabilitated. The casualties of the crime continue to mount at the taxpayers expense for children and parents who suffered emotional trauma and financial loss as a consequence of the corruption scheme.
Nevada Clark County Family Court Judge Steven Jones had a sexual relationship with Deputy District Attorney Lisa Willardson who regularly appeared in his courtroom, trading sex in exchange for guilty verdicts. In 2013, Judge Jones, 56, his brother-in-law Thomas A. Cecrle Jr., 55, Ashlee M. Martin, 38, Terry J. Wolfe, 57, Mark L. Hansen, 54, and Constance C. Fenton, 68, were exposed in a 3-million dollar investment fraud scheme in which Jones used his position as a judge to carry out the decade-long scheme and silence potential whistleblowers.
Attorney Jeanne Winkler was disbarred as an attorney in 2011 after allegations surfaced she stole $233,000 of client trust fund money.
Latest reports from the FBI reveal an unprecedented rise in investment fraud schemes, involving thousands of victims and staggering losses exceeding eighty million USD in Nevada alone according to U.S. DOJ Attorney Daniel Bogden , and that’s only cases since 2011.
Just two days ago two bounty hunters who considered themselves above the law, impersonated Nevada police officers and robbed two exotic dancers. The bounty hunters later told police they stole the cash and that one of them had given the Gucci purse he stole to his wife.
Michigan Wayne County Third Circuit Judge Wade McCree met Geniene LaShay Mott when she came before him seeking more child support from her daughter’s father in March 2012. Mott "surprised me and thrilled me. ... I lusted after that woman. I'm in my middle 50s and she's a double dozen years my junior," McCree, 56, said. As McCree’s relationship with Mott soured after she demanded that McCree divorce his current wife, McCree told a prosecutor that he was being stalked. Mott then exposed text messages during hearings where Mott and McCree communicated about sending her daughter’s father to jail for thousands of dollars in ransom, then sending him back to jail if he didn’t pay thousands of dollars more. Exactly as I was threatened with by Judge Lefrancois in New Hampshire family court for daring to seek equal custody of my two children who pleaded to live with me, and testifying in the impeachment hearings of Marital Master Philip Cross.
Illinois St. Clair County Circuit Judge Michael Cook 43, was charged in May 2013 with possession of cocaine. St. Clair County judge, Joe Christ, a 49-year-old father of six, died in March of a cocaine overdose while staying with Cook at the Cook family's hunting cabin. James Fogarty said he snorted cocaine with the two judges at his home, during golf trips and at the Cook family's lodge. He is a St. Clair County probation officer who an FBI agent said admitted providing cocaine to Cook and Christ on several occasions, including on the eve of the judges' ill-fated hunting trip.
Texas Galveston County Judge Christopher Dupuy was charged June 2013 on 6 criminal charges of abuse of power and 2 felony accounts of Official Oppression and Threats. Including his aid to former girlfriend, Tara Compton, in a child custody matter telling her that a court order governing the custody of her child was wrong and as a result she did not have to comply with it. Such intolerable injustice is common in U.S. family courts. Non-compliance with court custody orders are public record in Kenick v Kenick NH case 2008-DM-184, including repeated failure of the court to protect Mr. Kenick or his children who then increasingly pleaded to live with him.
Website of the upcoming movie Lawless America states “FACT, dishonest judges will tell police YOU (the whistle-blower) are the criminal, the problem and the terrorist. When in reality THEY ARE THE MONSTERS, criminals and con-artists. When police act on false allegations (judges are immune to prosecution) so why not lie? This is what needs to change….”
Judge Richard Posner has said that judges and lawyers have always been a cartel. Yale law professor Fred Rodell said the legal trade is “a high class racket.” American jurisprudence exists to benefit the purveyors of an economy that too is never mentioned in the Constitution. Global Research.ca reports “America is a failed state. Americans have not formed a more perfect union, established justice, insured domestic tranquility, provided for the common defense, promoted the general welfare, or secured the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity. Domestically, by every measure, American institutions are effete. Social problems fester for decades without resolution. Social discord abounds. Violence is endemic. Food supplies are often contaminated. Healthcare is inadequate. Public education is in disarray. The physical infrastructure is in tatters. Internationally, American policy consists of merely bribery and threats of violence, and neither has worked effectively for more than half a century. It has eliminated justice from society, the kind of justice that people, even children, all understand. A just society requires fairness not favoritism. If justice is a light to nations, injustice is their darkness”.

My mother, Claire Wolf, passed away last Friday, May 18, at the age of 92. The decline in her health began a few months ago, when she fell and broke her hip. She fought her way back to mobility and achieved her goal of returning to her assisted-living apartment, but only for one day. On May 12 she became ill, was taken to the hospital and diagnosed with pneumonia, from which she never recovered. Later the following week she lost consciousness, and rested peacefully under hospice care until last Friday, when she simply stopped breathing. For those who are interested, I have copied her obituary, below:
Claire Wolf, 92, of Sarasota, FL, died on Friday, May 18, 2012. She was born August 22, 1919, in Chicago, IL, and spent much of her life in South Haven, MI. Claire married the late Harold Wolf in 1941, and together they ran the Sun and Sand Resort and Sea Wolf Restaurant until 1983, when they retired to Venice, FL. Following the death of her husband, she relocated to Kobernick/Anchin Retirement Home in Sarasota, where she spent the remainder of her life.
In addition to her family business, Claire also worked in radio advertising and sales for many years, in both South Haven and Venice. She was a whole-hearted participant in community service throughout her life, and will be remembered for her enthusiastic volunteer work in numerous local organizations in both Michigan and Florida, most recently the Senior Friendship Center, Tidewell Hospice, and Jewish Community Center of Venice.
Friends and family remember her as a wonderful cook and hostess, a marvelous story-teller, and a tireless worker. An avid and skillful bridge player, Claire remained competitive until the last few months of her life, in both social and on-line games.
She is survived by her three sons, Martin A. Wolf of Columbus, GA; James R. Wolf of Bradenton, FL; Grant S. Wolf of Newark, DE; and a sister, Esther Bloch of Palm Desert, CA. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to The Jewish Housing Council Foundation, 1951 N. Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL, 34235; or Tidewell Hospice, 5955 Rand Blvd. Sarasota, FL 34238.
Amy just said "Everytime I cook bacon, I take my life into my own hands!" Then Claire said, "that sounds like great bumper sticker". Quality family conversation around the Oldham kitchen. BTW - we don't have any bumpers in San Pedro...ergo...no bumper stickers.
Hearing some amazing results from my friends who have joined me in my juiceplus journey.
I tried on another of my favourite dresses this morning (haven't fit in it for two years) and its to big. Legs have been out this week. I have so much energy. Haven't felt this well on ten years !!! Xxxx
Democrats declare war on women. When we talk about war on Women, We are not just talking about Barrack Obama in Washington DC, Or The Senate Liberal women. We are talking about Democrats waging war on women on the front lines of some of the nations state capitals. The Democrats like Claire McCaskill and other liberal women in the senate that refuses to pay their staff more than Men. They are following the Presidents Example and refusing to give women that work for them equal pay. They work just as hard as men and just as valuable than men but paid way less. While Democrats are going around saying that Republicans hate women, it seems to me that it is Liberals that is putting an all out assault on them. Bill Mahr is allowed to call women stupid and whores and all kinds of names and what does our great president do? He Accepts a 1 million dollar donation from him. It is up to us Conservatives to step up and fight for women's rights and show the democrat that women should be paid equal and they are not just a pretty face to stay at home and cook dinner and pop out babies. Republicans will provide a bomb shelter for women by allowing them to decide if they want to stay home and raise kids, that it is ok. It is also ok if a woman wants to be President of the United States or have a career. It is up to Us conservatives to put up an anti Missle shield to protect women against democrats and stop them from saying that a stay home mom that never left the house and is dumb as rocks. Stay at home moms are not dumb and they work very hard. Lets put an end to the Democratic War on women and start supporting the ladies.
i love my girlfriend Claire Bowden so much and ive decided because i love her so much i will cook her a lovely meal tonight for her tea and go and buy her some ben and jerries now as its so hot weather :)
I am weaning my little girl who is 6 1/2 months and my health visitor has told me to give her finger foods which I am doing but I'm literally terrified she is going to choke. I give her food big enough to hold plus a fist size but when a bit of bread or toast for example breaks off in her mouth I panic. Has anyone got any tips please, would be greatly appreciated ~ Fan Qotd

Excerpts from my Down Home article in St. Clair News-Aegis, (July 20, 1995 edition) SUMMER PLACES: HIDING FROM THAT OLD DEVIL, JULY
...July is a time to escape; a time to seek out that favorite summer place. It's a good time to loll away a lazy afternoon in the shade with a good book or a fishing pole. It's the perfect time to float down icy mountain streams on an inner tube...or to linger on moonlit evenings in a porch swing listening to the call of the katydids...
(then I eluded to a trip we had taken to Cave Springs, GA and to it's icy-cold creek and cave and then as I rested in the shade of Cave Springs' Rolater Park, my mind began to wander to favorite summer places)....
My mind's eye focused on the winding Coosa River and it saw a little red boat chugging along, lost in the shadows of the trees lining the banks and exploring dark, cool inlets....(then)..it carried me back to Sunday afternoon matinees at the Alabama Theater, that magnificent old relic...Her shadowy air-conditioned balconies provided the perfect place to hide from that old devil, July...then my mind transported me across time and miles to the chilly waters of Canoe Creek, to the old "Chandler Town" swimming hole where I learned to swim. It paused there for only a moment before skipping over stones and tufts of sweet-fern and sun dappled creek banks and led me back to the picturesque waterfall at the Mill Pond....I yearned to linger but my wandering spirit carried me to a ferry that was en route across misty Mobile Bay to Dauphin Island. And my spirit lifted me gently and placed me beneath a bright umbrella on Alabama's Emerald Coast. And there, as the late afternoon sun cast its golden glow, I tarried, cooled by a gentle ocean breeze and soothed by the rhythmic lullaby of the rolling surf...Ah! Summer places! We all have our favorite spots where we hide from the sultry dog days of mid-July..And speaking of perfect places, my swing down by the lake is calling--calling--calling. Gotta go! Keep cool and I'll catch you later!
(Where do you like to go to hide from that fiery devil, July?)
