So I'm at the school talent show that my fantastic son is in, and did great, and when the kids are done Lindsey Pavao from The Voice shows up to perform. Pretty good start to my morning!

Treason
(as defined by Article III, Section III, of the Constitution of the United States)
1. Article III, Section III, Constitution of the United States:
Under Article III, Section III, of the Constitution of the United States, which is the highest Law in the United States of America, Treason is defined as:
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them,"
The act of levying war against the Citizens of the United States by a United States Citizen is clearly considered an act of treason.
2. The VI Amendment, Constitution of the United States:
"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."
The Violation has been Recognized, Signers of the National Defense Authorization Act are Documented below.
1. S 1867 (More commonly known as the National Defense Authorization Act), Section 1031, clearly states:
(1) Detention under the law of war without trial until the end of the hostilities authorized by the Authorization for Use of Military Force.
(2) Trial under chapter 47A of title 10, United States Code (as amended by the Military Commissions Act of 2009 (title XVIII of Public Law 11184)).
This portion of law specifically allows American Citizens to be wrongfully detained for an indefinite length of time, violating the Sixth Amendment (see b(2)). By suspending the sixth Amendment indefinitely, 1031 levies a war time condition directly against every American Citizen, this is unlawful and treasonous. It is never permitted to violate the rights of American Citizens for any reason.

Twenty schools in Houston County have been recognized by the Georgia Department of Education as 2011 Title I Distinguished Schools, with each having achieved adequate yearly progress for at least three years under the federal No Child Left Behind Act. Title I schools are identified as having a significant population of economically disadvantaged students and receive federal money to assist with the education of these students. Title I Distinguished Schools that have made AYP for three consecutive years are awarded a certificate; those that made AYP for 10 or more years receive a monetary award. Houston County’s Title 1 Distinguished Schools are:

12 Houston County residents, along with a man from Macon , are now facing charges of running illegal gambling operations after a string of police raids Friday. Eleven local stores were involved the alleged shady activity, in which cash payouts instead of prizes were given from electronic gaming machines. Lawmen say the investigation continues and they do expect to make more felony arrests.
Officials from Robins Air Force Base giving a sneak-peek of the upcoming Air Show in April during a briefing yesterday at the Museum of Aviation . Although all of the items featured in the show are not yet set in stone, three events have been finalized. There will be a performance by the Navy’s Blue Angels high performance stunt team, along with a demo by the new F-22 fighter fighter jet and, finally, an exhibit highlighting the new Red Tails movie, based on the Tuskegee airmen of World War 2. Air show director Lt. Colonel Dwayne Gray says he hope the event excites the next generation of Air Force pilots.
Local farmers can expect a mixed bag of good news/bad news in 2012 – that according to a report released yesterday in Macon at a forum held by the Farm Bureau. While prices for many crops will remain close to their 2011 peak, costs associate with production and transportation will likely rise, cutting into profits. Also, labor issues, especially regarding immigrant workers, are still volatile. Agriculture remains Georgia ’s top industry, with an estimate economic impact of $70 billion.
A well known local coach has now published the story about his recent battle with heart disease. Chip Malone of Warner Robins High School will launch his new book entitled “A Second Chance” on February 4th at Celebrations Event Center on Russell Parkway . The event runs from 4 to 8 pm. And, for the record, February is Heart Awareness Month.

So some ppl are wondering who is baby Chex!? Well I got a confession to make, i was pregnant.... With a FOOD BABY haha!! It's a funny story... Well after our game at the spurs gym we went back that night to watch the spurs play, and i wanted to bring my huge bag of chex mix in so i figured i could hide it in my purse. Then i realized they check everything u have. So we were already half way to the door so i couldn't go back all the way to the car so first i wrapped it in my jacket and they said they would catch me like that so i was trying to mash it in my pants but the big bag wouldnt fit, so my baby daddy haha! ( micah ) said i should put it under my shirt and act pregnant. So we were laughing and i actually did it and they were like OMG and then we get up there and they make u step up and they have these detector things jokes went up from there. And they check your bag and everything u have so when everyone went through and it was my turn everyone was watching with nervousness and to see if i could beat the system. And I PASSED!! So after the game everyone was like u had tour baby in the spurs stadium and i was like ya its going to be the next AWESOME basketball player for the spurs its his destiny now! And then we went through a different door then we came in with a different guard so he wouldn't be like weren't u pregnant when u went in!? Haha! and if u don't think it's funny u just don't have a sense of humor or u just don't have an imagination or you might have had to be there! :D so I want to give a shout out to my baby daddy (Micah) uncle (walker) aunt (Loria) aunt (Lindsey) grandma (Leah) and grandpa (Larry) thanks for being the most awesome, fun, funniest, fake family EVER!
